February 26th Fishing Report
Sunny, with a high near 64. Breezy, with a southeast wind 13 to 18 mph becoming south in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph.Creeks are very low and very clear. Temperatures are in the low to mid 40s area wide. The nights are still a bit chilly and fishing doesn't start picking up until a bit later in the mornings.
There are midges and a few winter stones out there, and with some of the warmer temperatures the next couple of days there is a chance to see some olives too.
Overall, fishing is difficult due to the clear, low water and sunny skies. We have not had much winter precipitation and could use some rain or snow!
