March 7th Fishing Report

Mostly sunny, with a high near 53. Calm wind becoming southeast 5 to 8 mph in the morning.
Fishing continues to be very difficult due to low water and sunny skies.  Fish are responding to leeches and nymphs in the riffles, and are super spooky pretty much everywhere else.  Some sparse midge hatches mid day are around, and we are still waiting for some warmer water to see the olives in any decent numbers.
We're due for some (much needed!) light rain tonight and tomorrow.  The predicted totals are not nearly enough to mess things up, and the cloud cover and drizzle will only benefit fishing!
