August 23rd Weekend Outlook
Mostly sunny, with a high near 79. South wind 5 to 9 mph.The main thing to know is that the weekend is going to be unbearably hot again. With heat index pushing 100 degrees. Not only is this not safe for anglers, but the trout can be affected too.
If you are fishing Saturday and Sunday, please limit your time on the water to super early in the morning and stop fishing around 10 or 11.
Please do not stress trout by fishing in water over 65 degrees.
It looks like most of next week will be very hot as well.
