October 4th Fishing Report
Sunny, with a high near 69. Northeast wind 5 to 9 mph.Creeks are clear and low and the fishing remains a bit slower than it should. This high pressure system has been hanging over us for too long!
Tomorrow we get a bit of a warm up, but that brings some moisture and with that, hopefully some clouds and even a slight chance of showers Saturday night. If clouds and drizzle come that would be extremely helpful.
Sunday is sunny and cool again.
We are seeing olives here and there, but not in the numbers that will get fish to go too crazy. A hopper or beetle with a blue winged olive nymph below is still the way to fish right now.
Shade is key. If you find shade, you will find happier fish!
