March 28th Fishing Report
A 20 percent chance of rain before 9am. Mostly sunny, with a high near 78. Breezy, with a southwest wind 9 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph.We received about 1/4 of an inch of rain last night which was almost fully absorbed into the ground! This is much needed rainfall, and we are supposed to get a bit more over the next couple of days.
Creeks are clear to slightly stained overall. Water temperatures are in the mid 40s. We are seeing some olives and spring stoneflies in the afternoons area wide. With the high winds, if you can not tuck into a valley, a leech or scud will work just fine to catch fish all day long.
