September 14th Fishing Report
Mostly cloudy, with a high near 69. Northwest wind 7 to 13 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph.A cooler day today will have fish in a decent mood. The gusty winds in the summertime help to blow terrestrials into the creeks making beetles, ants and hopper a good choice mid day through the evening.
Nymphs are still the most effective right now, with fish feeding on them all day long in the riffles and the runs below. Do not be afraid to toss a hopper/dropper all day long as the larger terrestrial pattern will act as an edible indicator for the nymphs down below.
Standard summertime conditions, nothing much has changed and the fishing remains good!
