August 23rd Fishing Report
Sunny, with a high near 80. Light northwest wind.Creeks are clear and a bit low with temperatures in the low 60s. It has been an excellent August and the forecast is still great for the dog days of summer!
It's all about hoppers right now. Fishing them in the riffles and on the banks near undercuts has been a ton of fun with trout sometimes swimming across the creek to smash them!
Tying on a dropper is never a bad idea, but recently there have been days we are fishing dry only as the terrestrial fishing has been that good!
