July 24th Fishing Report

Mostly sunny, with a high near 80. South wind 5 to 8 mph.  Creeks are clear and most are starting the day right around 60 degrees.

This is the last milder summer day for a while!  Pleasant temperatures, and some happy fish in the mornings.  Over the weekend things heat up again with air temperatures hitting about 90 Saturday and Sunday.

We are forecasted for some clouds Saturday morning, so get out there early and keep checking water temps!

Sparse Tricos early in the morning before the sun hits the water, then fishing a hopper with a dropper all day long.  We have also had some success on larger bugs drifted underneath undercut banks (knotty hooker pattern specifically)
