August 11th Fishing Report
A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 11am. Partly sunny, with a high near 82. East wind around 6 mph. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
Creeks are clear and low with temperatures at 60 to the mid 60s. Only the larger creeks are too warm to fish early in the mornings. Everything else holds until about mid day (this can extend a bit if the clouds stay in the sky)
Summer rhythm. Get up early. Nymph until you (hopefully) see fish rising gently to tricos. Once that ends, or if there are no rising fish, try a small hopper (morris hopper in pink!) with a bead head below cast close to the undercut banks.
