May 12th Fishing Report

howers likely, mainly before 10am. Cloudy through mid morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 76. Breezy, with a south wind 16 to 21 mph becoming west in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 33 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Cold drizzly morning and a lot of wind all day.  This will be a nymphing day for sure!  While caddis adults are around, subsurface fishing has been better overall.  A Pearl Jam under a training wheel has been excellent right now, and with the cloud cover, scuds should work well all day long.
