Weekend Outlook July 17-19

Mostly sunny, with a high near 89. Southwest wind 5 to 9 mph.

Still ugly hot with overnight temperatures not dropping quite enough. Overall fishing is not recommended as there are very few creeks that have good water temperatures outside of the first couple hours of the day.

Shop is not open early (10 am opening time this weekend) to encourage those of you in the area to fish early and do your restocking in the middle part of the day.

Please be sure to use your thermometer. Water temps over 65 are poor fishing and much warmer than that can be lethal to trout.
