April 29th Fishing Report

Mostly sunny, with a high near 55. Northwest wind 7 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 24 mph.
Creeks are clear to stained with temperatures in the lower 50s.  Fish are eating subsurface on thin bodied bugs with a lot of flash and caddis pupae.  In the afternoons skittering some caddis or craneflies can be effective to get rising fish to eat.
Nothing super special about the week.  Fishing is solid, but keep in mind with the sunny weather and clearer water, trout are very spooky!
