April 30th Fishing Report
Partly sunny, with a high near 54. Light west wind becoming northwest 5 to 10 mph in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 18 mph.
Nothing too crazy out there fishing wise. Trout are still happily eating subsurface all day long. Thinner bodied patterns early, then switching to thicker bodied bugs later in the day.
Mid day and into the afternoon we are getting some hatch activity. Craneflies and caddis. The gunch and front end loaders have been fishing quite well.
Heads up. We are closing at 2:30 today. Extended May hours start tomorrow.
