August 8th Fishing Report

Sunny, with a high near 81. Northwest wind 3 to 6 mph.

Very pleasant weekend ahead.  Followed by a cloudy, drizzly and cooler week next week!  Great summer conditions.

Fishing is still pretty much limited to the mornings right now.  While water temperatures on many creeks are in good shape, the sunlight slows things down a bit mid day.

Watch for trico spinners in the mornings, then fish a hopper with a dropper during the rest of the day.  If the clouds stay overhead, things can fish well all day long!
