July 16th Fishing Report
Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly before 5pm. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 83. Calm wind becoming southwest 5 to 8 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New rainfall amounts between three quarters and one inch possible.
We’re celebrating again. More rain (if it comes and not all at once…) will keep water temperatures down, put a stain on the water, and extend this good fishing summer. THings are still quite good in the mornings with fish eating terrestrials and small, thin bodied subsurface bugs.
This slight cool down through the weekend with a few days of clouds and drizzle as well are perfect conditions for a fun few days of morning trout fishing!
