October 7th Fishing Report

Increasing clouds, with a high near 67. Light northwest wind increasing to 5 to 10 mph in the morning.
.Creeks are clear and still a bit low with temperatures in the mid 50s. Overnight temperatures have been quite chilly (there is a frost advisory tonight!)
Fishing is back on track with this fall weather. Nymphing below an indicator early (don’t be afraid to use some larger, size 12-ish, nymphs, or even balance leeches) then switching to a foam fly with a bead head below after the sun warms and dries the grass a bit.
We’re anticipating the later afternoon hatches to show up with this weather as well. Mostly smaller olives (size 18-20) and some caddis (16 tan to brown).
